Robert M. Daisley is a full-time Mediator who has mediated over 2,500 cases since becoming certified in 2004. He has thirty-five (35) years of experience in the negotiation, mediation, arbitration and trial of a wide range of legal disputes. He mediates over 200 cases a year, and has a long list of satisfied clients from diverse practice areas and both sides of the Bar.
Mr. Daisley graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Dartmouth College in 1980 and Order of the Coif from the University of Virginia Law School in 1983.
Mr. Daisley has been honored as a Distinguished Fellow of the International Academy of Mediators and Member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals and the Florida Circuit-Civil Mediators Society. He serves and Membership Chair and Governor of the IAM and on the Executive Committee of the Florida Circuit-Civil Mediators Society.
