Katrin Miller Rothgery is Assistant
Regulation Counsel for the Colorado Supreme Court Office of Attorney Regulation
Counsel. In that capacity, she
investigates and prosecutes lawyers in disciplinary, disability and contempt
proceedings and handles claims made to the Client Protection Fund. Prior to her work at OARC, Ms. Rothgery was
in private practice with Snell & Wilmer L.L.P. where she practiced in
employment law and commercial litigation.
She earned her law degree from Washington University in St. Louis and
her undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame. Ms. Rothgery is a member of the Colorado Bar
Association and the National Organization of Bar Counsel. She is a frequent speaker at the local,
state, and national levels on a variety of ethics-related topics.
