Mary Ann Mancini is a partner in the Trusts and Estates Section of Loeb & Loeb LLP in Washington, D.C. Her practice focuses on estate and business planning and taxation. Ms. Mancini's practice includes acting as counselor to large families and closely-held businesses; entity planning, structuring and formation; and the protection and preservation of client assets. Ms. Mancini is a frequent lecturer, speaking before such national organizations as the University of Miami Heckerling Estate Planning Institute, the American College of Trust & Estate Counsel, Southern Federal Tax Institute, and the American Bar Association. She is the author or co-author of several articles that have appeared in national tax, estate planning and real estate publications, and is co-author of a book entitled Structuring Buy-Sell Agreement. She has been an adjunct professor at the Georgetown University Law Center, and at the Washington and Lee University School of Law. Ms. Mancini is a Fellow with the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, and has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America as a top trusts and estates attorney.
