Barbara T. Lindemann is of counsel at Seyfarth Shaw, practicing employment law, counseling both public and private sector clients. She has taught courses on Employment Discrimination Law at UCLA, USC and Loyala University Law Schools. During the Carter administration, Lindemann served from 1976 to 1980 for the U.S. Department of Agriculture as the Administrator of the Agricultural Marketing Service. From 1981 to 1996 she was founder and President of G&S Communications, a specialized mobile radio company providing service to San Diego, Chicago, Philadelphia, Annapolis and Austin, and also served as Chief of the Advice and Analysis Division of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and as an Assistant U.S. Attorney. Lindemann¿s Treatise, Employment Discrimination Law, has been adopted as the official publication of the American Bar Association.
