Seth Davis was Chair of the ABA's Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources in 2016-7. He is a solo practitioner based in Rye, New York. During his long career he has dealt with practically every area of environmental, health, and safety law, and specializes in handling environmental issues in corporate transactions, and in site remediation. In addition to his years in private practice Seth spent several years handling environmental issues in the law departments of Celanese Corporation and Revlon Inc. Seth is an adjunct professor at the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, teaching coursesm in hazardous waste and environmental law in commercial transactions. Seth earned his BA, summa cum laude, from Wesleyan University, his JD from the Harvard Law School, and was a four-time winner on Jeopardy! in 1991.
