Richard Rosenblatt represents Unions and employees. After spending two years working for then-NLRB member Howard Jenkins, he went into private practice representing unions and employees. Starting in 1982, he was an associate with Miller, Cohen, Martens and Sugarman in Detroit, Michigan. In 1986 he moved to Colorado where he opened his own practice, Richard Rosenblatt & Associates, LLC, representing unions and employees in a variety of labor and employment related matters, Recently, Stan Gosch joined as a partner and the firm is now Rosenblatt & Gosch, PLLC. Richard just completed a three-year term as the Union co-chair of the ABA Equal Employment Opportunity Committee. Presently he is the Union vice-chair for the 2012 Labor and Employment Conference. He is also a fellow in the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers.
