An an online mediation expert, Susan trains other mediators, attorney and professionals on the practical and ethical use of the online platform for providing mediation services allowing for a broader client base and more convenience for both the professional and the clients. In addition to her business endeavors, Susan is a member of the Section of Dispute Resolution's Executive Council, is the Membership Chair and is a Co-Chair of the Mediation Committee. Susan is also on the Board of Directors of the Southern California Mediation Association (SCMA) and serves as Chairman of the Communications Committee and as a member of the Planning Committee for the SCMA’s Family Mediation Institute.
