Tanya D. Marsh is senior counsel at Locke Reynolds, LLP in Indianapolis, Indiana. She was formerly Vice President of Legal for Kite Realty Group Trust, a publicly traded real estate investment trust. Marsh is a graduate of Indiana University and Harvard Law School. Upon graduation from law school, she clerked for Associate Justice Theodore Boehm of the Indiana Supreme Court and spent two years as an associate in the real estate section of Ice Miller LLP in Indianapolis. Since 2003, Marsh has authored or co-authored the annual article in the Indiana Law Review regarding recent developments in Indiana real property law. In addition, she has been published in the Virginia Tax Review and Res Gestae on a variety of real estate and tax issues. Marsh is currently an adjunct professor at Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis and served as a Fellow in the Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section of the American Bar Association.
