Bio

Charles Craver is the Freda H. Alverson Professor at the George Washington University School of Law, where he teaches Labor Law, Employment Discrimination Law, and Legal Negotiation. He is the author/coauthor of: Employment Law Treatise (6th ed. 2019)/Hornbook (6th ed. 2019); Labor Relations Law (13th ed. 2016); Employment Discrimination Law (8th ed. 2016); Can Unions Survive? (1993); Effective Legal Negotiation and Settlement (8th ed. 2016); Skills & Values: Legal Negotiating (3rd ed. 2016); and The Art of Negotiation in the Business World (2014). He is the author of many law review articles pertaining to Labor & Employment Law. He has received Outstanding Teaching Awards at three different law schools. He is a member of the National Academy of Arbitrators and the American Law Institute.
