Mark LeHocky is a mediator with a nationwide practice who began mediating in the 1990s. Prior to becoming a full-time neutral,Mark served as general counsel and senior executive to both Dreyer's GrandIce Cream, Inc. and Ross Stores, Inc., where he managed all litigation and crisis matters. Mark also served as part of the senior legal leadership forNestle, S.A., where he created disputeresolution training programs for its international team of attorneys. Prior tohis general counsel experience, Mark spent two decades litigating, arbitrating, trying and mediating antitrust, intellectual property, commercial and employment disputesfor clients ranging from Fortune 100 to smaller companies. Mark serves as Co-chair of the Mediation Committee of the ABA's Dispute Resolution Section, and has published extensively on alternative dispute resolution, litigation management and the role of behavioral science data in shaping attorney and client decision-making.
