Charles M Sink

CHARLES M. SINK is a partner at Farella Braun & Martel LLP in San Francisco. He is part of its Construction Practice Group and former chair of its Complex Litigation Department. He has 30 years of commercial litigation experience, largely involving construction and insurance-related issues. He has served as an arbitrator (over 50 cases with AAA and the Office of Administrative Hearings) and as a mediator. He represents private owners, public entities, architects and engineers, and EPC contractors. Mr. Sink is a member of the American Bar Association's Forum on the Construction Industry, and is the editor of its quarterly,
The Construction Lawyer
