Bio

Krista L. Pages is of counsel to the litigation group of Winston & Strawn's Washington, D.C., office. She primarily practices in government contracts and construction. Ms. Pages has represented a wide variety of companies before federal and state courts, administrative agencies and boards, and arbitration panels in cases involving claims, default terminations, subcontractor disputes, and bid protests. She regularly counsels clients on government contracts matters, including contract issues under the Federal Acquisition Regulations and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations, cost accounting, termination, procurement fraud, and suspension and debarment matters. Ms. Pages, who is admitted to practice in Virginia and the District of Columbia, received a BA, with honors, in 1985 from St. Lawrence University, and a JD in 1988 from the American University Washington College of Law. She is a former member of the Governing Committee of the ABA Forum on the Construction Industry (2005 -- 2007); a vice chair of the ABA Public Contract Law Section, Research and Development and IP Subcommittee; a former vice president of the American Institute of Construction, Metro Chapter; and a past president of the National Association of Women in Construction, Washington, D.C.
