Since 2015, Geoff Weirich has been a solo practitioner, operating as Weirich Consulting & ADR. Previously, he spent 31 years in the Atlanta office of Paul Hastings LLP, the last 24 years as a partner. After three decades as a class-action litigator representing employers, Mr. Weirich presently assists employers in the areas of compensation equity, human resources practices, and disability access, and conducts confidential investigations of sexual harassment claims and other high-risk concerns. Mr. Weirich is an arbitrator and mediator of employment claims of all varieties. He is a former member of the Section Council of the ABA Labor & Employment Law Section, and a former Co-Chair of the Section's EEO Committee. Mr. Weirich is a Fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers, has been listed for over 15 years in The Best Lawyers in America and Chambers USA: America's Leading Business Lawyers, and has been recognized as among Atlanta's "Superlawyers." Mr. Weirich is the Co-Author and Executive Editor of the upcoming Sixth Edition of B. Lindemann, P. Grossman & G. Weirich, Employment Discrimination Law, which will be published in 2019. He has an M.A. in Labor and Industrial Relations and a B.A. in Economics from Michigan State University, and received his J.D. with high honors from Duke University School of Law in 1984.
