Andrea has assisted business entity and individual clients in resolving complex insurance coverage and bad faith disputes. She also regularly counsels clients on directors and officers liability (D&O), professional liability/errors and omission (E&O), commercial property, business interruption, employment practices liability, pollution liability, and cyber insurance issues. She has presented at seminars across the country on topics related to insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, including presenting at the ABA Insurance Coverage and Litigation Committee’s annual conference on private equity insurance issues and catastrophe insurance claims. She has also presented at the Windstorm Insurance Network annual conference on post-loss conditions in windstorm insurance policies and on litigating insurance bad faith claims arising out of windstorm damage.

Andrea is also active in the ABA’s Insurance Coverage and Litigation Committee, serving as its Hurricane Task Force co-chair. She also serves on the ABA’s Standing Committee on Disaster Response and Preparedness and the ABA Cybersecurity Task Force.

During law school, Andrea served as a legal extern in the Colorado Office of the Attorney General—Appellate Division and the Governor’s Office of Legal Counsel. She is admitted to practice in Florida, as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
