I am an experienced technology lawyer in private practice at a Silicon Valley law firm. I focus my billable work on technology transactions of all kinds; state, national and foreign privacy and security laws and compliance; and trademark prosecution.
I am spending increasing amounts of my professional time on human rights-related activities. I recently represented a child from El Salvador in his application for asylum based on persecution (including death threats) by the MS-13 gang. I am a co-chair of the ABA's International Human Rights Committee and an officer of the International Bar Association's Human Rights Law Committee.
